Stick the sticker on the fridge
Add your helper or gardener with a 4-digit PIN. They scan the sticker once with their phone and they're in.
Set the weekly rhythm
Laundry on Monday, ironing on Tuesday, the lawn on Friday. Ask for extras whenever you think of them: "Please clean the oven this week".

Invite a friend, you both get a month free
Every account has its own invite link with a "Share on WhatsApp" button. Your friend gets an extra month on their free trial. When they start paying, your next month is free. There's no limit: ten friends who pay means ten free months.
Your free month is given as a refund on your next payment, 7 days after your friend's first payment. It's worth your monthly price, or what your friend paid if that's less. Full rules.
Questions people ask
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. Share your invite link from the "Invite friends" page. Your friend gets an extra month free on their trial, and you get a free month once they start paying. No limit on how many friends you invite.
Does my helper need a smartphone?
Any phone that can scan a QR code with its camera works, including cheap Android phones. There's nothing to install, and it uses very little data.
Will it feel like I'm watching her?
No. There's no location, no photos and no time tracking on your screens. You see "done ✓", and she can ask for things and send notes too. It's a shared list, not a monitor.
Can I use it for the gardener too?
Yes. Add as many people as you have. Each sees their own jobs, plus anything marked "anyone".
Does it do payslips or UIF?
No. HomeKept is for day-to-day communication. Keep using your payroll or UIF service for that.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your billing page.
